Dreams Istanbul Hotel

The room was filthy. There was hair on the pillowcases, spiderwebs under a lamp and by the ceiling, a broken toilet flush, and a TV that didn't work. The AC was caked in dust, so we were afraid to use it. Even the supplies were poor quality, with very thin flip-flops and too few towels. When we arrived, there was a really unpleasant smell, and the receptionist spoke little English, which made communication difficult. The area also felt very dangerous. I really wouldn't recommend staying here. For this price, you can find a hotel in a safer location with a better standard.

The people at reception were fantastic and welcoming. I think their names were Miriam and Bunyamin, if I remember correctly. They made the stay lively and lovely, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently close to malls, a metro station, and hotels. The price is very reasonable, too. I'd highly recommend it. If I come back to istanbul, I'd definitely stay at White Suite Istanbul again.

We weren't able to sleep well because the room was never cleaned during our 4-night stay. The sheets were also dirty and full of holes. The main light didn't work, and all they could do was bring in a small lamp. There was no shower door, so water covered the bathroom floor, and the AC only gave a weak breeze. On top of all that, the room looked nothing like the advertised photos, which seemed at least 20 years old and completely misleading. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I felt deceived by the false advertising.

The area felt dangerous, and the rooms were very dirty. The blankets and AC were dirty too, and the TV didn't work. You could hear too much between rooms. The receptionist's English was poor. They didn't even provide water in the rooms, despite showing it in the ads.
