The service was okay, but I’d never recommend this place to my family or friends. It might suit someone who doesn’t care where they stay, but if you’re visiting from abroad and want a comfortable place to rest, this isn’t it. The area felt frightening, and finding what you’re looking for seemed tricky unless you’re after dodgy adventures. The listing says parking, but it’s just one space out front, and of course it was occupied. People call this hotel clean? We found what I’d call disgusting “treasures from previous visits” under the baby cot. The electricity kept having problems, the toilet seat was broken, and my pillowcases had leftover makeup from some unknown woman. “Close” to the things it’s meant to be near didn’t really describe it either.

My family and I were happy with our first trip to Istanbul, and staying here was part of a memorable experience. In Sisli, this was the best hotel for us. The staff were kind, the service was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the prices were great. Everything felt just right. I’d absolutely recommend it. Thanks for being part of such an unforgettable stay.

SCAAAAMMMM HOTEL! Money was stolen from our room, along with a lot of clothes. Even the safe had been broken into. The staff wouldn’t open the cameras or investigate. They’re professional thieves, and this hotel is fraudulent. Do NOT consider staying here.

I’ve tried five or six hotels in Istanbul, and 38 hotel was the best of them. The rooms were clean, the facilities were good, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The location worked really well for us too. There’s a bus stop beside the hotel, though we never used it, and the metro station is a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast had a good variety, and the omelette chef served us with a smile and a good morning. The location was great for everything we needed, and the room suited us. But the greeting and service were practically nonexistent. My seven-year-old son said GUNAYDIN to the employees and got no reply. We were also given just one roll of toilet paper for five people.
