I was really disappointed with the suite. It was tiny for a suite, very dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned or had its sheets changed. There was nothing included, and compared with the photos it was a letdown.

The staff were friendly, and the entrance gave a good first impression, looking clean and luxurious. The room and bathroom were a letdown, though. Hygiene was beyond criticism. The air conditioners were dusty, the kitchen sink was dirty, and there was a dirty rag left there too, which I didn’t photograph. The shower leaked and its door was broken. After I complained, they replaced the hose right away. The hotel is not cheap at all.

We’ve been traveling for decades and have visited several parts of the world, and I’ve never come across staff this good. The people working here are awesome. You can’t beat the location, right in the center of taksim, just a 2 minute walk from the famous istiklal street. It’s comfortable and good value for money.

The staff were kind, helpful, and easy to reach. There’s also plenty to do within a 10-minute walk, with Taksim mosque, istiklal street, and lots of good sandwich spots nearby. The hotel is right beside Taksim square, so getting around was easy.

The price was affordable and the location was good, but my stay was a very negative experience. There were several water outages, the bathroom wasn’t very clean or functional, and water leaked from the A/C. I wouldn’t recommend it.
