Good value for money. You can stay in Kadıköy and still feel a little removed from the bustle.

The temperature control was another problem: the central system only seemed to offer hot or cold, so spring and autumn are a bad time for it. The sink also wouldn't drain unless I removed the little metal stopper, as the front desk told me to do. But then the sewer smell was suffocating. Put the stopper back and the sink won't work, take it out and the smell is horrible.

I was thinking of booking a couple of nights, but the way management responds to guest reviews put me off. Their replies come across as insulting and dismissive instead of showing empathy or professionalism. Respect and care for guests should matter in hospitality. Seeing how they act online makes me wonder how little regard guests might get in person.

The employees were always smiling, and I'm grateful to them all. The location is the only thing that makes the price feel justified, though. The rooms are neglected and need maintenance. Parking is a real headache too: the hotel doesn't provide an option, so you have to drive through narrow streets and find a spot yourself. Once the rooms are maintained, things should be good.
