Check-in was really easy, and the service was perfect. Thanks first of all to Mr Semih for the warm welcome. It was nice meeting you, sharing some çay with you and your friends, and getting your good tips for tours and dining. Our twin room had very comfortable mattresses, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel is on the road to Ayder Yaylası, about 40 minutes by car, which makes it a great starting point. I recommend it if you’re planning to visit the Rize region.

The meals were a highlight for us, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and you could see how much care went into the ingredients and preparation. We stayed at Mayavera Boutique Hotel while on a tour, and the family running it made us feel welcome and looked after. Our room was spotless and we felt comfortable as a family. We'd happily come back.

It's a brand-new hotel, and I'd recommend it. The room was a decent size, and both the price and location were good 👍. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, though, and could use more variety.

The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The hotel had only been open for less than two months when we visited, and the manager was kind.

Getting around without an elevator was a drawback, and breakfast was the same every day. The rooms are cramped, though the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning was important. Cleaning was the biggest problem: I asked for my room to be cleaned, but came back to find it exactly as I'd left it. They apologized and said housekeeping wasn't available then and would come the next day. In the morning I realized the receptionist was also the person cleaning rooms and serving breakfast. The owners seemed stingy and unconcerned about guests. It's a small hotel in a village in northern Turkey.
