After a long flight, this was a great way to ease the stiffness. The staff were friendly and the service was great, with reasonable prices for an airport. I'd definitely recommend booking a massage here. Thanks so much, I'll be back when I fly home from vacation.

The staff were kind and attentive, and everything went smoothly. It felt like a little luxury escape inside the airport, and I'd recommend it to anyone with a long layover or hoping to feel relaxed and refreshed before a flight. I had the 5HR massage and rest package at Ambassador Spa before my flight, and it was much needed. The massage room was calm, clean, and set up to help me switch off from airport stress. The treatment was soothing, professional, and exactly what I needed after a long journey. Afterwards, I could recharge in a quiet, comfortable resting area.

I'm a repeat customer and will come again whenever I transit in Istanbul airport. Kartica gave me a very good massage, and I felt relaxed afterwards. Dennis was friendly and pleasant during my pedicure, and did a good job.

With a long international layover, I was lucky to find this spa in the Istanbul international terminal. Five out of five, and I'd rate it higher if I could. I booked hours ahead, and the staff were accommodating and professional. I chose the 3 hour Turkish Hamman Ambassador Lux treatment and wasn't disappointed. They stored my luggage and personal things in lockers, then took me to a private changing room with slippers and a thick towel. I spent 30 minutes in the steam and dry sauna, which was gloriously hot and humid. I felt the steam all the way through me and half imagined I was patrolling a jungle to the “Platoon” soundtrack with wild animals calling in the background. They provided plenty of water. Then I was led to a private Turkish bath. I lay completely nude on a warmed marble slab under a domed ceiling with LED lights like little blue stars, waiting for what came next. It wasn't a moment to be shy. I imagined being offered to Roman-era gods as a human sacrifice in a Bacchanalian scene while they exfoliated me with a rough loofah cloth. Then they covered me in lush, lemongrass-scented foam, like a soapy merengue. My therapist was respectful and courteous the whole time, though there was a small language barrier. The deep scalp massage with shampoo and conditioner was glorious. I could almost feel my cerebellum trying to escape my skull. After the Hamman, we moved to a therapy room for a 90 minute Balinese massage. I'm rarely at a loss for words, but it was amazing, and I nearly fell asleep during the quiet session. The therapist had such strong hands she could've braided rope anchors for Navy destroyers. Mola Ram in the Temple of Doom with Indiana Jones had nothing on her. Given the chance, I bet she could've done the blood eagle from Vikings with just her hands, though she adjusted the pressure to my feedback. We finished with a refreshing facial and hydrating masque. I felt amazing and relaxed afterwards, ready for a nap on my connecting flight, and would absolutely go back. If you want thorough massage and pampering, this is the place. The marble slab might not suit people who are very bony or can't lie on a hard, flat surface. They also offer nails, facials, and spa services in different packages.
