Ibis Istanbul Airport

It’s a nice hotel near Istanbul airport, with a spacious room, a huge bed, and a clean, roomy bathroom. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. I’d recommend it for a short stay. Breakfast was below par and disorganized, though. The cereal was poor quality, and there was no milk or spoons. The staff couldn’t speak English, and they didn’t make my omelette the way I asked, so I couldn’t eat it.

We spent four nights here, close to the airport and with several restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfasts were very good, and the little Starbucks café was a nice place to sit. A sincere thanks to the staff. They were capable and quick to find solutions whenever we had a request. Thanks again for your help and service.

The restaurant served fresh, delicious food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the desserts were amazing. Special thanks to the waiter and waitress, a young man and a woman whose names I unfortunately can’t remember. We stayed in transit from December 30th to 31st and were checked in early to a large, clean room with a balcony on the 5th floor. The staff greeted us warmly and helped with our luggage. I highly recommend the hotel, especially for its location near the new Istanbul Airport.

Mr. Abulhamed and Ms. Esraa at reception treated me with real kindness and respect. They were professional, welcoming, and very helpful, and I’m grateful for their service. I stayed for one day and found the hotel clean and comfortable. My room was tidy, comfortable, and had a nice balcony. I’d happily come back.
