From 8:00 AM onward there was constant noise. Housekeeping played music loudly on their phones, loud enough to hear inside the rooms, and talked loudly in the hallways. They clearly weren’t trained to keep quiet or respect guests’ rest. This is unacceptable behavior for a hotel that says it offers a place to rest. If you expect basic quiet or want to sleep, don’t book here.

Reception staff were so welcoming and kind, and the place itself is beautiful. The rooms were fairly big and clean, though the picture is of the reception. The location wasn’t great for me since I had to take an hour-long taxi to reach the main parts of Turkey, but I still recommend this hotel 100%.

We arrived at 2am on Jan 8, 2025, after a late flight, and were going home the following afternoon. At check-in we were told our room had no electricity, even though the lobby had power. They’d sent someone to the room while we were checking in, then spent 15 minutes on the phone with a colleague before offering to move us to another hotel in their group, also described as “4 stars.” Neither place looked four-star to us. The breakfast had no coffee either, and my wife was told to drink Turkish tea. Calling that “4 star” is a joke. The area isn’t nice. We got what we paid for, cheap but not good. We also felt that thousands of excellent reviews for Turkish restaurants and hotels may be more manipulated than what we’re used to in other countries.

The hotel was brand new, perfectly clean, fairly priced, and the staff were very friendly. It turned out much better than we expected for an airport stopover, with a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport for €35, which the front desk arranged. We had to skip breakfast, but got an upgrade and were allowed to switch to a garden-facing room.
