The peaceful feel of the place added something special to our time in Ayvalık, and it was quieter and cleaner than we expected. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. It's right in the center, so the market, cafes, and walking areas are easy to reach on foot. We were very happy with our choice and would stay here again.

The owners were so kind, polite, attentive, and friendly. Alptuğ Bey's cocktails were memorable enough that you may want to book again before their taste fades, since getting a table at this lovely place could be difficult. My wife and I changed our plans from one day in Ayvalık and one in Urla to two days at Latibule Macaron Guest House. Even if you have time for a holiday in Ayvalık, this place and its owners may make you come back again. It's somewhere you really should experience. Leaving the hotel, the street opens straight onto the sea, which gave me a kind of peace I haven't found even at the most luxurious hotels. It's very central, yet quiet and away from city noise. The historic rooms are enchanting, and it's hard to believe how modern the building feels at the same time. One room has a jacuzzi, which could make it feel like a thermal hotel in winter. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there's a huge screen for Netflix. Staying in one of these beautiful historic buildings you see while touring Ayvalık felt like a privilege.

I tried Alptug Bey's specialty cocktails and loved them. The team is always ready to help, and they're kind, educated people with an artistic spirit. The rooms are clean, and both the location and atmosphere are lovely. They made me like Ayvalık even more, and I want to visit them whenever I come here.
