The staff made us feel welcome from the start, everyone was kind and happy to help. Kidalyo Hotel is in a beautifully kept historic building, and the rooms were comfortable and clean while still fitting the property's old character. It sits by the sea, with everything we needed within walking distance, so getting around Ayvalık was easy. We had a peaceful, authentic stay here and would happily return.

I only stayed one night, but really liked the hotel. It's in a great spot, and the old building has a beautiful look. My room faced the city, though I could watch the magical sunset from the shared balcony. Some rooms have a nice sea view. Mehmet, the owner, is a wonderful person and genuinely wants to help his guests. I highly recommend it.

Mehmet gave us really good tips for beaches, places to eat, and day trips. We were six people, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location worked well too, with good restaurants and shops an easy walk away. The staff and Mehmet were friendly, helpful, and flexible. I'd recommend the hotel.

I loved my three nights at Kidalyo. It's a small, thoughtfully restored and updated hotel run by the owner. The neighborhood has excellent local restaurants and nice shops, and the tourist center is far enough away to be quiet but still walkable. The owner had great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Sheets and towels were crisp and clean, and there's a light breakfast. If street parking is full, the otopark is very close. I'd definitely book a sea view room if one is available.
