Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Arnavutköy

The water pressure was just right after a long trip, and getting to and from the airport was a short ride. We came back to Ramada Encore for our second stay because we enjoyed the first one. The hotel was clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, with its healthy food and range of choices.

Veda brought me fruit juice and some snacks to take to the airport, and I’m very grateful to her. Mr Abdullah at reception was polite too, and I want to thank him as well. The Turkish people were kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean and close to the airport. I’d stay here again if I return to Istanbul, and I recommend it to everyone.

Emirates put me up here after our air route was closed, and I spent five days at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Since I’m vegetarian, they prepared special food for me. I felt safe and welcome there.

The restaurant was nice, the food was good, and the woman who served me was very professional. Reception was a different story. I asked them to prepare my invoice when I arrived so I wouldn’t have to wait before my very early flight, and they agreed, but it still wasn’t ready in the morning. I also asked the receptionist to open the parking garage door. He said he would, but when I was ready to leave it was still shut, so I had to go back and ask again. He was chatting and not paying attention. I nearly missed my flight that Friday.
