The staff were friendly and clearly trying to give good service, even though their English wasn’t very good. The bed was comfortable, but everything else makes this below average and really only suitable for a short stay. There were quite a few hairs on the sheets, breakfast was poor, and the toilet seat was broken. The shower had no door and leaked onto the floor. You can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms through the very thin walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one or two nights.

Miss Özlem treated us like family, and we were really happy with the help and cooperation from the staff. The environment was good too. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at places like Ramada, Mövenpick, and Ibis, but I’ve never found this kind of hotel. The staff are the best I’ve seen anywhere in Turkey. We recommend it to everyone, please try it once in your life.

Close to the airport, very clean and nice. Good choice, and I’ll definitely visit again. Thanks.

For a one-night layover, the hotel is fine. Food and groceries are nearby, and there’s a bus stop close by. You can take the H6 metro bus to the airport for 70 lira, using an Istanbulkart or tapping your Mastercard. The room had no fridge, and there wasn’t a microwave available.

The area is nice, and the place felt safe and clean. The staff were nice too, and breakfast was delicious.
