Park Dedeman Denizli

We learned that we'd lost a family member just as we arrived at the hotel. The young man and woman at the front desk were incredibly compassionate and understanding, and did everything they could to help us through a very difficult moment. I didn't get their names, but I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

We and our guests were very glad to stay at Park Dedeman Hotel at Denizli for our daughter's wedding. There were 46 rooms for our guests, and we had no complaints about anything. The rooms were very clean and satisfying, the staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Thanks to all the hotel staff and managers.

The views were fantastic, with a clear look over Pamukkale and the whole valley. The restaurant was excellent, especially breakfast. Being a little off the beaten path made parking and security easier, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I booked expecting a relaxing, higher-end hotel, but the value didn't match the price. In the first room, the AC and fridge didn't work. I was told to let the room cool down, but that didn't help. We waited an hour already, then another 45 minutes for a new room to be ready. Most things worked in the replacement room.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly. We picked this hotel to be near an event center we had to visit. For the price, I thought it was good value, especially as a place to spend the night before a lot of travel the next day.
