Inci Class Hotel

At around 8 AM, while I was sitting down to breakfast, a staff member shouted across the room for immediate payment and told us we had to leave. I had stayed barely two days, and this was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I've had. I expected payment at check-in or by the usual noon checkout time, so the demand caught me by surprise. We tried to calmly understand what was happening, but the response escalated. Staff yelled, including cleaners who weren't involved, and one employee smashed his phone on the floor. The aggression and tantrums were embarrassing, more like a reality show than a hospitality business. We had done nothing to deserve that treatment; it felt like a total failure of professionalism and basic decency. I can't recommend this hotel unless an early-morning shouting match and staff losing their composure sound appealing. Given what happened, we'll leave payment to the legal process. A lawsuit is being considered, and any financial resolution will be handled according to legal standards and our rights as paying guests. Management, if customer service was the goal, you missed it, and loudly.

I booked a double bed, non-smoking room through Booking.com. The place was clean, but only as requested. They said the room wasn't smoking, though there was a clear smell, especially in the bathroom. The bed itself was fine but made very poorly, with sheets stuffed under the mattress, and I could see holes too. Other guests weren't following the COVID-19 precautions, such as wearing masks, so I had to ask the receptionist to put one on when I arrived.

The one thing we can compliment is the shower, which had hot water and great pressure. Beyond that, our stay was frustrating, and I don't recommend the place. Booking.com showed a 9.2 rating, which we honestly couldn't understand. The reception guys didn't speak English, and there was no working internet at all, so we had to use international data and Google Translate to communicate. The corridors were smoky and stuffy. There was hair on our bedsheets, and when we asked for clean ones, the AC was locked. We got someone to turn it on in the middle of the night, but it was dusty, so we couldn't use it. An open window helped until drums and singing woke us up in the night. That wasn't the hotel's fault, but the closed hotel window didn't do much to block the sound either. The fridge outlet worked, but the fridge itself didn't.

After my daughter's rhinoplasty, this was just the right place to recover. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included, fresh, and delicious. We could also walk to restaurants and a grocery store.
