They asked me to pay again when I arrived, even though I’d already booked and paid through Hotels.com. Between the receptionist’s attitude, problems with the room doors, and other issues, I decided not to stay. I still haven’t got my refund. I felt like I was the one left dealing with the consequences, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were clean and looked after, and the service was lovely. I stayed here with my girlfriends and would choose it again if I’m back. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The pool area was the worst part. I went in once and regretted it, the bottom was dirty with sand built up on it. The glass floor in the gazebo was broken, and there were nails in the artificial grass around the pool, so both areas felt dangerous. In the July heat, there wasn’t even drinking water at the hotel. We’d told them we were coming as a big group, but one employee was left trying to handle everything. Breakfast was painfully slow, and we had to wait for staff to wake up before it started. There were no teacups, so we drank tea from cardboard cups. We asked for water and there was none. They also said they’d make pizza, then told us the dough was frozen and it would take too long, so they didn’t make it. They said they’d only just taken over, but if the place wasn’t ready, they shouldn’t have opened yet. The people running it seemed very amateur, with unprofessional attitudes. They needed to get the basics sorted before opening.

We spent two days here. The staff were friendly, and waking up to a view of the pool was lovely. The rooms were really stylish and clean.
