Shelton Airport Otel

I’ve stayed here twice on separate trips, and both times were very good experiences. The breakfast is excellent, and the reception team are friendly and helpful. The location near the airport makes it a great option for a short Istanbul stay. When my taxi was late, reception quickly arranged another so I could get to the airport on time. I highly recommend the hotel.

Mr Azim at reception was especially helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak Turkish, so I appreciated his help. I stayed one night, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The clean, tidy room was suitable and extremely good for the price. The airport was 10 minutes away, and the taxi cost 700TL.

The hosts were the best part of my stay at Shelton Airport Otel. They were kind, welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to help me feel at home. My room was spotless, modern, and quiet, and I slept well before my flight. The hotel is very close to the airport, so getting there was quick and stress-free, especially useful for an early flight or late arrival. I’d happily stay again. Teşekkür ederim for everything!

The disposable glasses had already been used, and when we raised the issue, the staff blamed the previous guest instead of apologizing. We arrived at 3 AM after a long journey with two kids, and the room at Shelton Airport Hotel was in terrible condition. The washroom was extremely dirty, and the toilet clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The staff member responded rudely that it wasn’t his job and that we could clean it ourselves if we wanted to use it. His behavior was arrogant and unprofessional, completely unacceptable for a family arriving late at night. I was very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
