Yıldız Moonlight Hotel

Breakfast was extremely basic and had no variety, just some fried potatoes. Tea was the only drink, it ran out quickly, and they didn't refill it for the other guests. They didn't provide water either. The elevator is tiny, barely fits two people, and can't take a suitcase. It breaks down often, so we had to use the stairs. The whole place is dirty and not worth a single dollar. Cleanliness was zero. There's no room service or housekeeping, and the bed sheets were never changed. The bathroom was filthy, the room was full of insects, and there was no toilet paper, soap, or shampoo. They put out a very small amount at the start and never replaced it once it ran out. I enjoyed my vacation in Trabzon, but this hotel completely ruined it. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone.

The staff didn’t seem very skilled at running the hotel, and breakfast was extremely basic, with none of the elementary foods. My room was dirty and didn’t have even the simple things it should. My stay at Moonlight Hotel in Trabzon was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We did have a room with a sea view, fortunately, but the stay was still uncomfortable. The hotel sits right on the highway, so there was a lot of noise. Hot water only came after we asked several times, and the toilet paper holder was broken. The only place to put the paper was on a mirror shelf in the far corner of the WC.

It was a really bad experience.
