The hotel feels really nice and premium, with lots of activities. The food was great too. The animation team is professional, upbeat and happy, especially animation chef Sema, who's so positive and a good dancer ⚡️💃🏻💃🏻 Hatay is a hidden vacation spot in Turkiye 🥳🏝️

I was meant to stay five nights, but left after the fourth because of a serious safety problem. I was pregnant and traveling with my two young children. While I was in the bathroom on the fifth floor, the sliding lock was engaged, yet the door opened because there was no real locking mechanism inside. When I came out, my two-year-old had pulled a chair to the balcony, climbed up, and was dangling over the edge. A few seconds later and my child could have fallen and died. I contacted the staff right away and asked them to investigate, but nobody came. An employee looked around the next day and left without doing anything. They didn't offer to move us or take any safety measures. I asked for a baby cot, but they didn't provide a crib or safe bed either. After the shock, I spent four sleepless nights constantly on alert, afraid my child would get up and try the same thing again. I couldn't properly use the two nights I paid for, and I wasn't refunded. When I spoke to the manager, she completely dismissed how serious it was. She only showed up, and nothing was done about my complaint. Would they have taken me seriously only if something had happened to my child? In our country, too many things only matter after a loss. My child could have lost their life at this hotel. I absolutely don't recommend it. Don't be fooled by the name. The building quality is extremely poor, the doors and windows are unsafe, the bathrooms have strong chemical and foul smells, and security is zero. If you're thinking of staying here, think again.

The only thing I liked was the indoor hot tub. We went in September, when the weather was already turning cold. One of the three children's water slides wasn't working, and nobody could get into the large pool because it was incredibly cold at 30 degrees Celsius. The pool with the big slide smelled of smoke. The hotel isn't directly on the sea, and the road runs in front of it. Although it had recently been renovated, there was still construction dust in the rooms and the balconies weren't always cleaned. There was no entertainment for children, just a few high chairs. The food was almost nonexistent, and breakfast was disappointing. They left out leftovers. A man in front of me argued with an employee, asking why there were mushrooms at breakfast instead of food people could actually eat. Hatay is famous for breakfast. It definitely wasn't worth the money. Nobody wants to pay a lot and eat spoiled products. Most of the guests are older people. If the hotel takes that into account and improves, it could attract a lot of customers.

The location is fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the beach, sea, and pool were lovely. The staff were friendly and did their best to help, and I never felt out of place. The food was rich and delicious, reflecting the local culture. The morning restaurant crew were especially lovely. They took turns holding my baby, and were always happy and smiling. A big thank you to Chef Süleyman for being attentive, warm and sincere, to Barman Arda for his help and conversation, and to Security manager Umut for his help and conversation. Thanks as well to the whole restaurant team who worked the morning shift. A road runs between the hotel and the beach, and the balcony windows were very dirty. The waffle house, kunefe house and patisserie were closed while I was there, drinks were limited, and there was nowhere to shower after swimming. There was a lot of baby noise. For families that won't be a problem, but if you're looking to relax, it could be difficult. It really is a family hotel. I stayed for 5 days. Most places were closed, drink options were limited, and there were no snacks after midnight. That's a shame, especially if your child wants something at night. Since the hotel is new, I hope there's more variety next year. I hope we'll come back.

I was unsure after reading the reviews before our stay, but I don't agree with the negative ones. Even with no similar hotel nearby, this place offers all the features of a five-star hotel. The food and choices, including pancakes, waffles and hamburgers, were excellent. The sea gets very wavy, and there aren't proper showers or other facilities on the beach yet, just two temporary taps. Construction is still underway, so I didn't mind too much. I do wish there were drying racks on the balconies. We ended up using chairs for our swimsuits and other things. Its proximity helped save us from being stuck in Mersin. The concept is excellent, and I'd definitely recommend it. Stay here, Esen.
