Ali bey speaks English and was a thoughtful, attentive host. The cottage at terra punto was beautifully decorated, with a fireplace already burning when we arrived. It was around 15 degrees, but the house still felt comfortable. The villa and private pool were perfect. The photo was taken during a rainstorm.

I went with my family in July 2017, and I still hope we can make the trip again. The villa was clean, stylish, luxurious, and had everything needed for everyday life at a reasonable price. Mr. Ali Kansu was generous and welcoming, and helped us find activities in Marmaris and the villages around Atakoy. He could also help arrange a car, which matters if you want to get out and enjoy the area instead of spending every day at the villa. Sadly, the Covid pandemic kept me from repeating the holiday. I strongly recommend the experience.

We went in 2016, and the house was genuinely well maintained. Ali bey was incredibly attentive. Our car broke down, and he took my husband to the mechanic every day. The pool is cleaned daily, and a woman comes to clean the house too. It's in a conservative, private setting. İnşaAllah, I hope to go again.

Tucked into the forest, the houses feel sheltered and surrounded by nature, which makes them a good fit for a quiet break. The attention to detail and cleanliness are excellent, and I liked the rustic home style. The tradeoff is the distance: the city and the sea are far away, and even shopping means a long trip.
