I wish someone had told us what the place was like. We arrived planning to stay one night, but the rooms had a disgusting musty smell, the lower ones had no windows, and there was no security. The toilet was outside, the place hadn't been cleaned properly, and we even found birthday cards left from earlier celebrations. They didn't ask for ID at check-in, either. It felt like a two-story ruin being passed off as a hotel. We couldn't sit inside, let alone sleep, so we grabbed our luggage and left without looking back. They charged us around 7,000 TL and didn't refund us. We found a much nicer hotel closer to the center for less. If this is supposed to be a hotel, I really don't know what to call it. I don't want anyone else to be a victim of this. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially when cleaner, nicer places are available for a more affordable price.

We booked and paid in full, but the rooms were so dirty that we couldn't stay. The toilets and bathrooms are shared, and we didn't get our money back. A family couldn't stay there, and not even a dead person could. The rooms are that bad.

We paid around 7000 liras per night for a family of 5, then left without a refund before we could even settle in. It was impossible to stay. The rooms were stuffy and damp, with small windows that wouldn't open, and we had trouble reaching the hotel attendant. The place in the Google photos was nowhere to be seen. We wandered around until evening, hoping to shower and rest, but ended up going home. In replies to other reviews, the business seemed to mention refunds, so we asked for at least half our money back. They refused. Naturally, we'll take legal action. They haven't even replied to my review, which makes me think we were right. I also doubt the people who gave it 5 points are real customers. There was no hotel in sight, just rooms we couldn't bear to stay in.

There was no sense of security, and when we arrived we couldn't find the staff, even after calling repeatedly. They showed us the rooms without asking for ID and seemed ready to let us move in. The good reviews must be completely false. Nobody could describe this disgrace that way. We regret going and don't want anyone else to be victimized.
