Even without AC, the room felt so cool and comfortable. The facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool. The restaurant has lots of menu choices for breakfast and dinner, so visitors can pick what suits their tastes.

The buffet for dinner was really nice, though breakfast had very little variety. The rooms were very dirty and dusty, and I couldn't get a peaceful sleep. The doors are very porous, so noise comes easily into the room, and people checking in or out at odd timings caused a lot of disturbance. The bed linen and pillows were dusty, probably because of the dusty walls. The kettle was very dirty too. I guess it had never been cleaned, since there was a thick layer at the bottom. Housekeeping staff didn't understand English and seemed completely clueless whenever we asked or told them anything.

You can see the hot air balloons from a room window facing the swimming pool, and the hotel is in a very strategic spot, not far from the balloon site. I like the stone feel, but this wasn't the right hotel for me. The room for two felt cramped, especially with lots of suitcases, and the bathroom was narrow with standard amenities. The tight space made me anxious.
