Akay Garden Family Club

We came from Istanbul without expecting the hotel to be this beautiful. It’s a relaxing place, and the staff are so friendly. Mr. Ayaz works hard to sort everything out, and the chefs and food were fantastic. I hope we get the chance to return. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I felt completely at home here. The view is beautiful, and everyone on staff is so lovely and friendly. Thank you for everything.

The view is just perfect, and both the meals and breakfasts were delicious. Our room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Definitely a place to consider for a peaceful holiday 🙏🏻

We went with our cousins and came away unhappy. The taps were rusty, and the water at the handwashing sink smelled awful. I wouldn’t even rinse my mouth with it. Dead flies covered the balcony, with more flies and insects around, plus spiderwebs. It was obvious pest control hadn’t been done. The pool has two slides, but the sliding surface is high up. I hurt my leg, and women there hit their heads too. They had said it would be crowded, but there was only one other family besides ours. There was no buffet, just three dishes, and we ate the same food for two days. There were no security measures, not even someone at the entrance. Cats and dogs were everywhere, making it hard to eat, and a barking dog kept us from sleeping. We were promised activities, but there was no entertainment or anything to do. We couldn’t have fun or get a comfortable night’s sleep, and I don’t think it suits families or young people.
