The hotel itself is reasonably well presented, and the rooms were tidy, though quite dated. Staff were rude and disorganised. There were no toiletries when we arrived, and I had to ask for soap twice because housekeeping hadn't refilled it, even though I hung the room-cleaning sign on the door. The front desk was extremely unhelpful and rude when I made simple requests. It's away from the main town of Cappidocia, so you need transport. It seems most of their business comes from large tour groups, and the service feels like just a contractual obligation. Meals are included but basic. I wouldn't stay here again.

It's a nice hotel and the breakfast and dinner choices are good. Being a little far from the action makes it a quiet place for a good night's sleep. I did miss having a gym, though. I know people come here on vacation, but even a small gym with just a little equipment would be doable and would improve the stay a lot.

We asked for shampoo and shower gel repeatedly over three days, but nobody came. The room wasn't clean at all, and all the receptionists had a bad attitude. This is not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel itself is nice and has a great pool. It's well out of town in a very quiet spot, with no bars or restaurants nearby. The food selection wasn't to my taste.

The common areas and rooms were clean, and the hotel was decent, though it could use some improvement. Breakfast was good, but I didn't enjoy dinner, so we chose more traditional restaurants in the area. Getting to the center of the small town takes about a 20 minute walk, with half the route uneventful. It gets very nice from the river onward. For a nearby bigger city with more food and entertainment options, a taxi costs around 10-15€.
