Avanos Suites

The hotel has a nice design inside, but our room wasn't clean enough. Some of the furniture was old or broken, there was mold in the fridge, the sink wouldn't drain, some jacuzzi buttons were broken, and there was no spare toilet paper. We had a round bed we hadn't chosen, and it was far too small for two. Our legs kept falling off it all night. There were lots of cats around the property. Staff said they fed them, but the kittens were very hungry and didn't even have water. I know they aren't responsible for street cats, but people in Turkey, especially in Cappadocia, love animals and try to help, which is something foreigners appreciate about the culture. After we bought food for the cats and wanted to leave it for them, hotel staff wouldn't take it. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the food was fresh. I'll choose somewhere else next time.

Emre knew Cappadocia really well and helped us with taxis, restaurants, tours, and things to do. He was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel like guests rather than clients, which was lovely. Avanos Suites was neat and clean, with an amazing view, and the price was very affordable. I was very pleased with the staff and location, and highly recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The inside was amazing and comfortable, and stayed cool in the summer, even when it was +36C. The staff were incredibly hospitable, gave me useful tips for seeing more of the area, and helped me get a taxi in the morning. It felt like a very authentic stay and was the best place for the price.

The rooms at Avanos Suites were spacious and clean, with an authentic feel, and the whole place was welcoming. The owner and staff were friendly and ready to help. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Cappadocia and the surrounding area but would rather avoid a busy tourist spot. If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.
