Right in the center of Avanos, it's easy to get around and enjoy what the town has to offer. The rental felt as warm as a home, and it was thoughtfully stocked with things like an air fryer, bathroom supplies, sewing yarns, snacks, Android TVs, and plenty more. Our whole family could stay comfortably. Thanks for making our time in Cappadocia fantastic.

We stayed at Konak Ballıca from May 1st to 3rd and were very pleased. Everything we needed for everyday life had been considered, the materials were high quality, the kitchen and bathrooms spotless, and the beds comfortable. It had all the things you'd expect at home and was very practical and comfortable. The place felt warm, energetic, clean, and welcoming. Mr. Tahir was a polite, friendly gentleman. He and his wife deserve credit for their hard work and dedication. The apartment is right in the center of Avanos, close to everything. We hope other guests enjoy their stay as much as we did.

The host was so attentive and welcoming, and the house was spotless. It had a warm, inviting feel, with thoughtful details throughout. We appreciated the snacks left for us, and everything we might need was there. Being right in the center was a real advantage. We were very happy with our stay in Ballıca and wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed as a family from May 17-19. The house was spacious and clean, with two roomy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and wardrobe. A central hallway connected them to the kitchen and seating area. The kitchen was well equipped with quality products, a coffee machine, and all kinds of coffee. There was also a washing machine, dishwasher, detergent, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, and pretty much everything else we could think of. Wine, fruit, and treats had been prepared for us, which we really enjoyed. It's in the most central part of Avanos, and the home was designed down to the smallest detail. The only downside was the bar downstairs, where we could hear people talking loudly until 1-2 am. Thanks so much for everything. I'd definitely stay again if I came back ☺️
