The location is the only real advantage. The room and lounge felt cramped and smelled unpleasant. When we told reception, they said the issue affected the whole hotel. Tamer was cooperative and provided good service, so I gave him two stars.

The apartments are excellent and very clean. Tamer, a young Arab man, is especially respectful, honest, and ethical.

The rooms are clean, and they also keep the elevator and stairs tidy. The air conditioning worked excellently. The location is great, near Arab Street and the airport, with services close by. The hotel staff are polished, especially Mr. Thamer, who is polite, respectful, cooperative with tenants, and a person of high morals.

The staff are excellent, and cleanliness is good, though cleaning after check-in is available only if requested. Ironing supplies can be requested too. I hope the owner sorts out the issues and improves the hotel entrance. The suite has a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom, plus three doors opening onto two large balconies with no shade. They feel more like a rooftop terrace than balconies, since they’re no good for sitting on in the daytime or in rain, though they’re pleasant on quiet nights. There’s no phone for contacting reception or other rooms. The kitchen has a stove and an excellent refrigerator, but no oven or microwave, and the dishes are old. The washing machine is excellent. Lighting is very dim, even in the bathroom. The accommodation is good, but the furniture and curtains are worn, the curtains don’t keep the sun out, and the mattresses are uncomfortable with springs you can feel from use. The blankets are rough.
