Hotel Dudum

Our room was clean, which matters most to us, and the place is right by the sea. We’d forgotten our bag of beach essentials at home, but they helped us out with a smile. The breakfast plate felt fair for the price. It’s a family-run place, and we were happy with our stay. We recommend it.

Thanks for making us feel welcome. I was pleased with the room, though the ceiling could do with a fresh coat of paint. Replacing the beds and balcony door would help too. Apart from those things, I was satisfied.

Waking up to the sound of waves was lovely. My room was spacious and clean, with a direct sea view, and the price was reasonable. Mr. Mustafa, the owner, was welcoming and very hospitable. If a clean bed, hot water, internet, and a quiet, peaceful stay are what you need, this place fits.

We were a family of four staying for one night, and the room was so poorly cleaned that I had to clean it myself. In the nightstand drawer I found rotten labneh bread and sausage left by the previous guest. I took it out to the lobby, and the owner didn’t even show embarrassment or say anything. The room had the beds, one broken plastic chair, and a nightstand, but no coffee table, minibar, or kettle. There wasn’t even water in the room or hotel, never mind tea or coffee. The TV was broken. Even though the hotel was empty, they wouldn’t move us to another room and told us to put up with it until the next day. We planned to leave after breakfast, but in the morning they said it wouldn’t be ready until 9:15 AM. When I asked if it could be earlier, an employee scolded me: “Sister, if you don’t like it, leave, it’s like this here.” So we left without eating. Nobody seemed bothered or apologized. This is a place I’d tell people never to go to.
