For 1,400 TL, I don't think what you offer is worth the price. I work in marketing and have stayed in more spacious hotels in Kastamonu for 1,200 TL with breakfast, and in Çine, Aydın for 1,100 TL with breakfast. Here, there was no water or TV in the room, and the hallway had no electricity. The air conditioning couldn't warm the room, so I froze. I would never stay here again.

The one thing that let us down was the room fridge. It didn't work, and when I opened it, there was a horrible smell. Apart from that, we were very happy with our stay. The rooms, beds, sheets, and towels were spotless and smelled clean. We pushed the two separate beds together, which was fine. There was a hair dryer, though we brought our own, and the hotel had slippers. We were also grateful to be allowed to use the washing machine. Breakfast was filling and more than adequate, and we loved the homemade jams. If you find the pumpkin jam made by mom, don't miss it. The staff were so helpful. I don't know why some reviews are bad; this is a good value for money hotel, as long as you know what to expect. Ayvalık hotels often have a shared sink and toilet smell, and I'm sensitive to that, but I didn't notice it here.
