Antique Beach and Bungalow

Breakfast was good, but dinner was the letdown: the food arrived cold and was barely edible. We came in mid-April during the bayram holiday and paid a pretty high price, which the stay didn't justify. Since it was off season, the grounds looked nothing like the photos, with no grass and outdoor furniture in poor shape. The beach was nearly all covered in unused materials, which was an unpleasant sight. Better service during the season might improve things.

The cabins feel like hotel rooms, only with porches, and the grounds full of trees and flowers are gorgeous. I loved how calm the resort was, and the stay felt really relaxing. The staff were very friendly, especially Ayşe Nur Hanım, who did everything she could to make things enjoyable. The man who checked us in was the exception: he looked unhappy, handed me a cabin key, pointed vaguely toward it, and walked off. It was such an unwelcoming start that I wondered if we'd made the right choice. Meeting Ayşe Nur Hanım changed that, and fortunately we didn't run into the first man again until checkout. Black flies were the other problem. Even with the staff trying to get rid of them, it was impossible to enjoy a peaceful meal. And do try manlama if you go, it's delicious.

The beach is right at your doorstep, which is so convenient. The location is lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd strongly recommend it for pet lovers, and it's comfortable for both children and parents.

The sea was great, the bungalow was clean, and the food was good. Service was kind, and it was quiet. We got lucky on the last day and enjoyed rakı, fish, and mezze by the sea, then danced with the other people there. :)
