The guy at reception really needs to learn how to listen and understand a conversation. He may have childhood trauma, and I strongly suggest he get urgent psychological support.

We got dinner without even asking for it, they simply invited us, and I really appreciate the help from Jingiz at reception. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and breakfast and Wi-Fi are provided. It’s a very good hotel, and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!
