Assos Eden Gardens Hotel

The pool area was nice, the view was gorgeous, and the food was good. The staff were friendly and capable. But the road to the hotel is in poor shape, and there's very little parking. The market and gift shop were closed, as were the indoor pool, spa, hamam, gym, and other restaurants. There's no elevator, and we had to go up and down stairs constantly. Three times in our five days, we came back to find our room door pushed open because it didn't lock securely. There's no room service. Bring your own shampoo and body soap, since the provided wash is low quality. I couldn't find a nurse or emergency station, and when I asked for an ice pack, I got a hard plastic brick from the freezer. I'd love to return when everything's open and stay in a downstairs villa.

The facilities were quite okay, and the sea is a perfect example of Assos. The hotel crew were helpful with client care and satisfaction in every way. Food quality was the one thing that could be improved. For price versus performance, I'd give it 4 out of 5. If you're not particular about your room, that's all I have to add.

The worst part was how little help we got after our five-month-old baby hit her head on the marble stairs. We rushed her to Aycacik Devlet Hastanesi. There was no ramp or elevator for families with kids, and no help from the hotel staff. They even charged us for a day we hadn't stayed. I don't think that's how you keep customers happy, and we can't forgive the way they took advantage of such a bad situation. I'd already paid, but I see the hotel's rating keeps dropping. Beter olun! The food wasn't good either, and the free snacks were poor quality, just sausages and burnt fries. Parking was narrow and tight. The rooms were cramped and smelled like a dirty closet full of clothes. I can't recommend this place. Go somewhere else and don't spend your money here. Seriously, it's not worth it.

The dinner buffet was the best part, with so many choices, and the baklava was among the best I've had. The rooms were clean and well equipped. I also loved the indoor heated pool and the outdoor natural hot spring pool.
