Assos Terrace Hotel

I loved the privacy on the balcony, watching the sun rise over the sea. The view is exceptionally beautiful, looking out over two sides of the bay. It’s quiet and peaceful, with a short, lovely path down to a clean, comfortable beach. This well-maintained family business is professionally run, gives you room to yourself, and still makes you feel at home. I can’t wait to go back!

The sea view from the restaurant was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’d definitely recommend Manzara Restaurant for meze and fish by the water.

The family who run this place are friendly and always willing to help, and the rooms stay fairly cool at night thanks to the breeze. You can even hear the waves in the distance, which is lovely when you’re falling asleep. The views are amazing and the rooms are clean, though the beds could be more comfortable. We had two single beds pushed together as a double, which wasn’t ideal. There’s no air conditioning, but the nighttime wind usually keeps the room from getting too hot. For an affordable stay, it’s a very good choice. I’d still recommend it and will probably come back, though air conditioning and more comfortable beds would make it close to perfect.

This is a quiet spot for a proper rest, with friendly people and good food. The hotel has its own beach, though the shore isn’t sandy; the bottom of the water is sandy. Nearly every room has a sea view. Younger people might find it a little boring.
