We knew this was a village hotel when we booked, about 7 km from Assos. With a car, the beaches and ancient city are roughly 10 minutes away. Coastal hotels cost quite a bit more, so this worked out well for us. In September 2020, we paid 250 TL per night for a room with breakfast, which was very good value. The room was spotless, breakfast was amazing, and the woman looking after us was lovely and attentive.

The biggest surprise was how clean it was, honestly at the level of a 5-star hotel. We paid 300 TL for a room with breakfast in July 2021, and it was highly recommendable. We were so glad we stayed that I doubt we’ll choose anywhere else on future Assos trips.

A quiet and comfortable stone house, kept spotlessly clean. It’s a lovely base for exploring the Assos area, and Buta Tandır is nearby if you want dinner. Many thanks to Mr. Metin and Ms. Nagehan for bringing such a tasteful, beautiful place to the region.
