Deniz Kizi Otel Kucukkuyu

The staff were so kind, and we really enjoyed our holiday. It felt safe and luxurious.

The location and view are excellent, and the recently renovated hotel was spotless. It’s a friendly, well-kept place, and I’d say one of the best options in the center of Küçükkuyu. There’s no parking, though we had no trouble finding a spot on the street in the quiet mid-September period. There’s no beach on site, but there are places very close by. The sea just past the crab restaurant on the right is especially nice, almost like a pool. There are also Assos and Altınoluk. The hotel has another site toward Assos with a pier, but it didn’t feel right for us when we went to look, so we left and swam elsewhere. The food was excellent, and breakfast was included in the room price. They served sourdough bread and a generous range of breakfast items and jams over the three days, without skimping on good ingredients. Burak, a young staff member, looked after us attentively. We weren’t asking for much, but he anticipated what we needed and handled it without being prompted. Special thanks to Mr. Burak for taking care of us throughout. The room has a few basic, almost comical ergonomic design flaws. They didn’t spoil our stay, but it’s useful to know what to expect.

We were happy with everything. The rooms were neat and clean, and our balcony room had a beautiful view. Downstairs, the restaurant served great food and appetizers, with excellent service. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly.

We went as two people for fish and waited around 40 minutes. When it came, it was raw, so we sent it back twice. We ate the cooked bits so it wouldn’t be wasted, but honestly, we left hungry. The prices were much higher than at other restaurants, and we ended up throwing away 1750 TL. I hope it was at least healthy, but it was a really bad experience.
