Akile Hanım and Nuri Bey deserve special thanks, along with all the staff, for their warm hospitality and smiles. This family-run place was taken over earlier this year, and it seems they made a great choice. The breakfasts and cleanliness were excellent, and the authentic setting really captivated us. We were grateful for their help during our family holiday. We came to Ayvalık Küçükköy for the first time for the Teferiç Festival and loved the beautiful, authentic Bosnian village. Choosing Avlu Konak was the best decision. It's the loveliest boutique hotel in this charming village. Sarımsaklı beaches and Ayvalık center are both about five minutes away, so getting around is easy. See you again in the middle of the season. I'd recommend it to everyone :)

The rooms are spotless, breakfast is filling and delicious, and the setting is quiet and peaceful. It's a very pleasant family-run place. We came for a holiday and will definitely return in summer.

The garden is quite spacious, which is great if you enjoy being outdoors. From Küçükköy, you can get to Sarımsaklı beach and Ayvalık easily with just one vehicle.

The people working at Avullu Mansion were so kind, and I came away very pleased. It's a beautiful historical place. There's a stone in front of the door that was used for mounting horses, and inside it's an old stone house passed down from our ancestors. I highly recommend visiting.

The location is excellent: buses to Ayvalık center and Sarımsaklı run at regular intervals, and Küçükköy center is a one-minute walk away. The garden is lovely, though it could be cleaner, since there were lots of ants around the seating. In our room, which had neither a window nor ventilation, cleanliness wasn't great and the tables were dirty. The air conditioning didn't work very well either. Sound insulation between rooms was almost nonexistent; we heard footsteps and plenty of noise from other rooms.
