Yayla Palas Hotel

The location wasn't a good place to stay, and the service didn't come close to what we paid. The room was dirty, but the owner stubbornly refused to get it cleaned. Right from the moment we arrived, he scolded us and spoke harshly.

The room was so bad it felt like rain was coming inside the hotel. I wish I could've shared a video so everyone could see 😊. And even after that, you kept replying aggressively. I've seen those same kinds of responses under other comments too. Our one mistake was not checking the room and walking straight back out without paying. Anyway, good luck, uncle...

The breakfast comes on a plate, and the hotel is in a quiet spot, though it's not that close to the center. My first room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest left, so I stepped straight back out when I opened the door. Thankfully they switched it right away. In the second room, there was only sugar, no complimentary tea or coffee, and they hadn't cleaned or restocked those items.

It's beside the neighborhood, and the rooms smell strange and aren't cleaned. Breakfast is hard to criticize because there's so little to it: one piece each of tomato, cucumber, egg, butter, and jam. Ask for more and you'll end up fighting. It feels like if the next guest takes a bit extra, they'll pack it for them to take home. I've never seen that at a hotel. Such a shame, the place has more potential.
