Mr. Hussein and the other staff were very helpful, which was the one bright spot during my two nights here. The room had a torn curtain and a broken shower when I checked in, and there was no AC remote. I asked for one, but it didn’t work anyway. For the price, I expected more. The rooms are old, breakfast was very basic, and the blanket they gave me looked about a hundred years old instead of being a proper duvet. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make serious improvements.

Breakfast was my favorite part, with lots of choices and everything really tasty. I was happy with the service and my room during my three-day stay. It was clean and hygienic, and the hotel is close to other facilities.

I arrived in Igdir from Iran in a bad mood, but the staff, especially the hotel manager, were so kind and encouraging that I started to feel calmer. They did all they could to make me comfortable and were always ready to help. I’m sincerely grateful to everyone there, especially the manager.

Hotel Garden Liva made me feel welcome, and I had a wonderful stay. My room was spotless and cozy, and breakfast was fresh and filling. Iğdır also turned out to be a pleasant surprise, calm and authentic, with stunning views of Mount Ararat nearby. A hidden gem, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

We arrived after leaving Iran on an urgent call, and the hotel upgraded us from a single room to a suite at no extra cost. The location is great and breakfast was okay, but the cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch, and they never cleaned our room. Service quality was the main thing missing, we even had to ask for the AC remote.
