Kabasakal Otel

We were there for just four days, and all the staff were great. Their hospitality was perfect, and we felt very appreciated 🙏

The pool is huge and very clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach and hot springs. We had a great vacation here. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the water ran quickly with hot water available. Everything worked properly, apart from the toilet lid, which kept closing. The furniture isn't very new, but it's all in good condition. We're light breakfast eaters, so the breakfast suited us just fine. It's also family-friendly and cheap :)

I couldn't sleep all night. The broken bed didn't help, and I could hear people outside as if they were right in the room. There was no proper window, just a mosquito net, and the floor was horribly dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush and the faucet didn't work. The shower floor hadn't been cleaned, and the bed covers were sticky and filthy. It made me feel sick. I suspect they bribed people for good reviews, because this place deserves nothing. When we left, a woman was asleep on the deckchairs. Honestly, I think she had fled her room.

The staff were nice, but everything else was bad. The location was poor, the rooms were tiny and had nothing in them, and the bathroom was so small. Everything felt old, the pool was small, and breakfast wasn't good. You can only buy drinks, and they couldn't even give money back because there was no way to do it. There wasn't even hot water that evening. Never coming back.
