My mom brought a big group of us here in early September, including her friends from Bursa, and we all loved it. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made everything easy and comfortable. We liked the food, always fresh and delicious with lots of variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well kept. The shuttle to the beach was a great touch, quick and convenient, and took us to a beautiful stretch of sand with crystal-clear water. The hotel was in a peaceful spot but still close to everything in Çeşme. It was a wonderful trip for all of us, and we’d love to come back.

This is specifically about the SPA. I was really disappointed. The place looked worn out and outdated, more like a run-down back-alley business than a professionally run wellness center. It was winter, but the facility wasn’t heated properly, and the sauna wasn’t hot enough either. The massage didn’t feel professional or therapeutic. The therapist seemed to lack proper technique, and it felt like random pressing. There were basic hygiene and maintenance problems too. The toilet seat was broken, there was no toilet paper, and the old towels felt sticky. Cleanliness should be a priority in a place like this. When we raised these problems, the woman who said she was the manager didn’t seem concerned, which showed a complete lack of professionalism. This is far from a professional spa, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, relaxing, hygienic experience.

Getting around on foot was easy, with restaurants and the city close by. Our room was spotless and the staff were really friendly, so we had a great stay. Pool orders could be slow even though it wasn't busy, though. We waited about 45 minutes for french fries. Keep it up!

The dining room caught a lovely breeze from its spot opposite the marina, and our suite balcony looked out over both the pool and marina. Even with it around 100 outside, there was a beautiful breeze, and the room itself was bright. My husband and I were here for our 23rd wedding anniversary, and the owners and staff celebrated with us and made us feel very welcome. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The reception welcome was friendly from the start, too. As a disabled person, I found this hotel more comfortable and accessible than the Hilton, Holiday Inn, Ramada, and the other hotels I stayed at in Türkiye. It's the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The pool stayed uncrowded, and the nearby public beaches were great. The Marina area is beautiful, too. I spent 4 days here and especially enjoyed the dinners, with such a wide range of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly, especially Kamilla at reception. It was great value for money, and I'd definitely return.
