The family were all kind and discreet, and made me feel very welcome during my stay at Aygün Pension. I was traveling alone as a woman from Europe, and loved being here. They shared tips about the region, and breakfast came with an incredible view. Thank you so much, I’ll never forget my stay! 😊😊
We turned up during the Bayram holiday without booking, and although they were nearly full, the owners kindly offered us a few different options and helped us out. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed it on the terrace with its lovely view. I’m not sure when I’ll be back in Ayvalik, but if I return, I’d stay here again. Thank you for everything. Tessekürler!
The terrace and its view were beautiful, and breakfast was really good. Our room was clean and tidy, and the hostel felt comfortable. Omar and Ahmad, along with the rest of the staff and owners, were welcoming and ready to help.
Parking is about 100 metres away. The place itself is cute, tucked into the old part of Ayvalik, and the staff are friendly.
The streets were clean, the people were understanding, and we had no problems during our stay. Ahmet bey was especially helpful, so thank you to him. There are hills to climb to reach the pension, but that comes with getting up high enough to enjoy the views. They also tell you all the places to visit, and hot drinks and water inside are free. We were in a two-person room on our first visit to Ayvalık. The place is better than wonderful, with two terraces and views I could go on describing. It’s an old Greek house, all wood inside, and I loved the well downstairs. Everything has been carefully done. I only wish breakfast had been available, though they said it would start in June.
