Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Hotel

This was my second stay, and I can't complain about the holiday. We asked for a room near my parents, and the hotel tried its best to arrange that, though we eventually chose the room we had. Ali, who works at the front and takes luggage to the rooms, was a real star. He was kind to my children and parents, advised us about local prices and what we should pay, and helped us along the way. The lovely guest relations woman with glasses was also very approachable and kind, though I don't know her name. About 95% of the staff were friendly and spoke with us; a few didn't, which I'd put down to the language barrier. There was a moment when something went wrong, unrelated to me or my family, but staff pulled together and fixed it within minutes. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the city centre or €7 by taxi. Another fantastic holiday, and I'd recommend giving it a try. It definitely lived up to its five-star rating.

The service at Limak Sport Hotel in Belek was warm and welcoming throughout my five-day stay, and I was given a beautiful Panorama Room with a stunning sea view. As a vegetarian, I was especially pleased by the buffet's wide range of fresh vegetables and other tasty choices. The resort is well looked after, and the beach is an easy, short walk away. I made good use of the fitness facilities and sports activities, particularly archery. There were also fantastic live shows at the bar every evening. Jamal, Didi, and Dasha & Elif made the stay feel special. They're great at bringing people together and making the atmosphere friendly and joyful. I laughed, danced, and enjoyed myself so much. I'd gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.

The kids' club was the highlight for us: safe, well organized, and full of activities the children loved. Bahar, Zlata, and Yunus were wonderful with them, always kind, attentive, energetic, and genuinely caring. The kids were happy and comfortable going every day, which gave us real peace of mind. The club is a credit to the staff. The whole resort experience was excellent, and we'd highly recommend it.

Even with December being a quieter time, our stay at Limak Arcadia Sports Resort in Belek was wonderful. Didi and Jamal brought warmth, energy, and real care to our holiday with our little one, and made a big difference for me and my wife. They made air gun and archery sessions great fun and well organized, and their friendly approach made everyone feel welcome. Didi also quickly sorted out my pillow issue. I sleep better with thinner pillows, and after that I got some very good nights' sleep, which matters when you're away from home. It's a lovely resort with fantastic, attentive staff. We'd happily recommend it, especially to families wanting a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
