Gul Palas Otel

The room needed a few minor repairs, though nothing serious, and I didn't ask anyone to fix anything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though I didn't speak Turkish, they found a way to communicate with me. It's a nice hotel in a great location.

I've stayed in plenty of old and new hotels around Kütahya for work, and Gülpalas has been my home there for years, quite literally. It's the place where I feel most comfortable with my work schedule. Mr. Adnan, the hotel manager, and the rest of the staff are attentive and caring. The hotel is meticulous about cleanliness, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortable, so it really feels like home. I also appreciate the owners continually renewing the place while keeping up the quality, comfort, and attentive service.

The rooms are clean and well looked after, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is the weak point: the choice of cheese and olives is limited, and their quality is poor. Apart from potatoes, there's no other hot food.

Right in the center of Kütahya, and a nice place to stay. It’s quiet and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast could use more variety. There were cereals, but I couldn’t find any milk.
