The front desk staff did their best to help, and the location is good, about a 15-minute walk from Taksim. Those were the only two positives for us. We booked two two-bedroom rooms, and both were dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and when I picked up a cup, it still had lipstick on it. Slippers were provided, but they weren’t disposable. Both toilet bowls leaked, so the bathrooms always smelled. The wallpaper was peeling, parts of the flooring were broken, and there were kids’ drawings on the walls. We were told the rooms would be cleaned every three days during our eight-day stay, but they came only once. By 10 am breakfast was almost gone, with very few choices. I don’t recommend this place at all.

We stayed in two different apartments, and both were very dirty. The couch was filthy and covered in marks, and the place needs a deep clean and proper servicing. Laundry from the previous guests was left on the ground by the front door. There weren’t any cups or plates in the kitchen, or even washing-up supplies to clean the dirty cups.

Kadir was especially kind and answered all our questions. The staff were very friendly, and we were really happy with our spacious, clean rooms and the location. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Istanbul.
