After 10 p.m., the music gets so loud that it feels disrespectful to the other guests. People come on holiday to rest. This isn't Ibiza! :(

The food was fresh and tasty, and I especially liked the themed dinners every other day. The reception team was professional and helpful, and the cleaning staff worked quickly and carefully. I also really recommend catching the African acrobatics team’s performance. The waiters were the main disappointment. You have to wait for one to come over before you can order a drink, and getting a clean table was difficult. At breakfast, we once waited 20 minutes without anyone coming by. We tried to get their attention, but they avoided eye contact. I don't like that system, especially at a 5-star hotel. Some staff also struggled with basic English, which made it hard to order a particular coffee. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, though there are things they need to improve.

We had a lovely family apartment, and the hotel deserves its five stars. The service around the food was high quality, with both traditional Turkish dishes and familiar Mediterranean European food. There’s a hotel beach nearby with a bar and plenty of sunbeds, plus large pools and a pool bar. One of the best hotels in Turkey, and we recommend it to families.

We’d happily come back for a week to relax. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the place was very clean, with a nice pool area. I only wish there were more sofas on the balcony for guests to sit on at night.

I’m staying at a nearby hotel, and the music here is so loud every night until 23:30 that I can’t take it anymore. Even with the windows shut, it’s disturbingly loud. I don’t know how the guests at this hotel put up with it.
