Sea Planet Resort & SPA

The bartenders outside made our nights fun, and the staff were really nice and helpful. There were lots of food choices and everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and good, and the pools aren't deep, which is great for kids. I recommend it.

The entertainment made our holiday memorable, with games, contests, dancing and stage shows that we loved. The whole place was comfortable and beautiful, and the service was so well organized. We first stayed here in 2023 and enjoyed it enough to come back this year. We’re really glad we did, and the memories will stay with us. A special thank you to the entertainment team, you’re the best!

I’d stayed here six times, but this year was a real disappointment. The room was very worn, the corridors weren’t up to standard, and the bathroom had no extractor fan. There was also a strange smell in the room, and an unpleasant smell outside. The food was the same every day in many places, and I could never find a seat in the lunch restaurant. The organization is very good, but the service is scandalous. For me, this hotel no longer meets the standard it used to.

The staff made the atmosphere feel genuinely welcoming, and everyone was smiling, kind and helpful. We had a brilliant, memorable stay. Tulin, the manager, deserves a special thank you. She handled every concern quickly and professionally, even the small ones, and made sure we felt comfortable, supported and heard throughout. Her care and attention really stood out. Abdulrahman, the manager, and Othman from the restaurant were also warm, attentive and welcoming. Kostik, the entertainment manager, brought great energy and made our time more fun. We appreciated all of you.
