Cella Boutique Hotel & SPA

We had a lovely stay in a standard room, which was clean and quiet, with a nice view from the balcony at the back. Traveling with our nearly two-year-old was easy: the staff were kind and accommodating, set up a lovely crib where she slept well, and had a high chair ready at breakfast. Breakfast itself had a great range of food and was beautifully laid out. We could walk to Ancient Ephesus and reach what we needed in selcuk without trouble. After checkout, they let us leave our bags for a few hours, and the downstairs lounge was a comfortable place to wait before heading to the airport. A peaceful spot with a convenient location.

We caught the Saturday market, which was excellent, thanks to the new owner pointing us toward it. The owner was lovely and helpful, though the hotel has only recently changed hands and still has a few small things to sort out. Selcuk itself is an interesting town with plenty of restaurants. Even so close to Ephesus, it hasn’t filled up with tacky, over-the-top tourist stuff.

After a full day exploring, it was easy to relax in this quiet place. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel feels modern and thoughtfully designed. It sits right beside the Ephesus historic site. Highly recommended.

The building’s facade caught my eye right away, and the whole place has such a cute, distinctive style. My room had a rustic look but was still very clean, and the staff were warm. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and eating by the pool was a treat. You can walk to Selcuk center or to Ephesus, and the mountain view is beautiful. It’s quieter and has more charm than staying in Kusadasi, so if you’re heading toward Ephesus, I’d pick this place. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
