Moyside otel

A sweet, family-run boutique hotel in Manavgat Side. The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the staff are helpful. It's a great place to stay, and the price feels fair for the quality.

The only good part was breakfast, which was really good. The room was musty and smelled awful, with ants and bugs around the door and some inside too. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I called to book a room for my parents and said my family would arrive in five minutes. They got there, looked around from outside, and decided they didn't want to stay. When I called back after five minutes to apologize and explain, the woman who had answered spoke very disrespectfully. She said, "Thank you. I lost a customer because of you," and claimed she had held the room for them because I'd said they were on their way. Things like this can happen in the service business. Customers have the right to choose, and my family made their choice. The call left me with a bad impression.

Even with the good location, the rooms were awful. The single-storey rooms sit side by side and are only about 8-9 square meters, so there isn't much room to move. In the bathroom, you end up practically face-to-face with the sink when sitting on the toilet, and the sink is too small to use properly. The toilet seat was broken too. Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.
