The bedding was spotless, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. We had a wonderful night at this superb guesthouse in central Ayvalık. We met Ms. Arzu late at night while looking for somewhere to stay, and she was attentive and very helpful. She also suggested a great place for breakfast. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in Ayvalık, and I thought it was excellent value for money.

My brother and I really enjoyed our two-night stay at Leya Pension. It’s clean and well located, within walking distance of the bazaar and the beach, and you can really take in the history. Many thanks to the owner, Ms. Arzu, who was so sweet, friendly, attentive, and helpful.

The terrace view was lovely, and the rooms felt roomy and comfortable. Since the place is so central, we didn't need to drive around Ayvalık. Arzu and her husband were kind, helpful, and understanding. I’d happily stay with them again. Thank you both.

We left our bags after checking out and were able to spend the next day exploring the area, which we really appreciated. Arzu and her husband were warm and attentive, and we enjoyed chatting with them. The terraces and handy location make this a good value. We stayed a few days ago and left very happy. If you're nearby, give it a try.

I only came for two days, but I can see this becoming my regular place. The beds are incredibly comfortable, everything is easy to get to, and the atmosphere feels warm and family-like. I also felt completely safe. Ms. Arzu and Mr. Cengiz run a lovely place with such a welcoming feel. I recommend it without hesitation ♥️
