The staff were amazing and helped us with everything during our two nights here with family. For sure, I’m coming back.

It’s close to everything, which was handy, and the room was clean. But I didn’t feel it was worth the money. The man on night reception was rude and unhelpful, and the air conditioner made strange noises whenever we switched it on.

For middle-class tourists, Aziz Arslan hotel is the best one. It’s zero sea, zero markazi Medan ... The owner is very friendly and the staff are cooperative. Probably among the hotels, they offer the lowest price?

A good choice for a short stay: it’s in the city center, renovated, and clean. There’s no breakfast.

The room and especially the bathroom are very small, and there’s just a curtain instead of a shower cabin. No slippers, few electrical outlets, and no parking are drawbacks. Shampoo wasn’t provided, though I would have used my own anyway. The location and price are good, the staff are attentive, and the air conditioning and TV work perfectly. A place to stay if you don’t expect too much.
