The view was amazing, and we felt safe and comfortable in the clean, family-like atmosphere. Parking was available, and the location was very good. Ms. Ayşegül made a lovely impression from the moment we arrived, with her smile, positive energy and willingness to help with everything. Thank you so much to her. Lovers' Hill is just 300 meters away, and you can walk to the Rahmi Koç Museum. There’s also a market right next door for anything you need. With its beachfront setting, full sea views from the rooms and private parking, it’s a peaceful place to stay comfortably with family, especially since parking is such a problem in Ayvalık. Ms. Esin was particularly attentive and helped us with everything.

There’s a woman on staff who treats guests like they’re in her own home. She’s very warm, attentive, and even remembers names. The location is great, and the hotel is a standard family place with good cleanliness. The owner, though, didn’t come across as very friendly or sincere. We arrived very early on day one, and the owner commented that breakfast normally wasn’t included, though it was included that first day. I said we didn’t need breakfast, and the tone of the exchange could have been more welcoming. They could have simply said we were welcome to join, or politely explained it wasn’t included. One breakfast wouldn’t ruin them, and a kind gesture might open new doors. The breakfast itself was weak; they fixed the things we pointed out, but the owner should be warmer. Restaurant prices were reasonable compared with outside, but the quality could be better. We said we’d have paid more for something tastier. Since it’s a new business, I’d still say no to staying again. Wishing future guests a pleasant stay.

A market right next door made it easy to get whatever we needed, and the sea was clean. Breakfast was buffet-style, delicious and satisfying. We stayed from August 4th to 6th and were very pleased. It’s a spotless, peaceful, family-run place. Special thanks to Ms. İdil for her kindness, hard work and cheerful manner. I’d highly recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday with children.
